I like to tweak. I really really do. This should help you understand why I insist on running the Cooker version of Mandriva. BUT…due to certain structural changes in the kernel config (I assume) between the 2.6.18 and 2.6 19 versions, I have been unable to successfully take my vanilla (but customized) kernel past 2.6.18.8. Could be several things, but it’s not.
Games? No. I just don’t play games anymore, and I don’t feel like I’ve really missed anything, even if they are really cool once in a while. I am just not a gamer.
Office apps, like Outlook? No. I barely check e-mail at home, and it’s all web-based anyway.
